New PP not working

Hi. Just got new Powerpod. Charged it, but its not turning on. Pressing the button did not give any results. Than PP is connected to charger or PC it seems to work. At least pressing the button starts red light flashing. Did already hard reset but still the same. Can anyone help?

Dear Velocomp! Could you answer please? I also wrote email to technicalsupport@velocomp.com but no answer for 3 days. I really need to know that to do- send PP back to dealer or not?

Perhaps he doesnt work on weekends (like many others)?
