Hi,
I am using an iSport that was upgraded to an iPro. It worked fine with the old firmware.
Now that I have updated to the 4.20 firmware, I cannot download ride data or calibration information.
I am able to get connected with USB to get serial number and FW version.
Aaron recomended I try to erase the data and to a reset. I flipped the battery, but I cannot access erase from the iSport/iPro unit, and erase doesn't seem to work from the software.
I don't see erase data in the setup on the device.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: Erase in Firmware 4.20?
I have an iSport. I was looking to erase my log this morning too... and to change the recording interval. Looking at the detailed instructions for Firmware 4.20+, the function should be in the Day-to-Day set up screens. However, it isn't in mine. My firmware release is 4.21. My menu sequence is:
Setup
Cal Wind
tilt
cal ride
batt
alt
weight
scan
set prof
release (note: rec int and erase data, as per the instructions, are not available)
fast start
Also, on a similar but different topic: I calculate my FTP via a different method than the Fit Test. When trying to enter my FTP that menu isn't as per the detailed instructions either. It goes:
Racr
est fric
tss
cda (note: FTP Cfg is skipped. )
Hrs logged (Note: if i go all the way to hrs logged then to back two screens, I get to ftp cfg, not back to TSS... so it kinda works)

Re: Erase in Firmware 4.20?
In the iSport there is no ride recording capability; therefore, there is no ride erase command nor recording interval command.

I guess John missed your mention of upgrading to iPro, well I have an iPro as a backup
When I enter setup, it starts at the wind cal screen.
If I left click 9 times, I get to the erase screen.
If I right click 5 times (from wind cal) I get to the erase screen.
If you have just reversed the battery or loaded a new profile you may have more clicks or may not wake up in the wind cal screen (can't remember for sure) but I mention this because the fast start and what not may vary the count.
The way I usually erase my data is with the iBike for wINDOWS (Linux Lover, haha) software.
Just click the device drop down and erase is on the menu.
