Dunno why, but suddenly my iAero refuses to connect to IB3 softare.
I have tried different USB ports, no luck! Very perplexing. Suggestions?

How about resetting the IB3? - Flip the battery....

I have had this problem a few times and it usually occurs when I connect my iBike to the computer without turning the iBike on first. After failing to connect the only way I have found to get it to connect is to unplug from the USB port and start over. Unplug the USB, turn the iBike off and then back on, plug in the USB, connect the iBike to the adapter. See if that works.......

I have noticed this recently, with the software reporting no unit. I find that the gold contacts on the USB connector for the iBike are getting damaged by the pins on the iBike - presumably due to the gasket and other attempts to make the iBike mount more rigid. I can even see grooves in the plastic as a result of the wist into position from the pins. If I wiggle the socket and iBike I can get a connection.
