Imported my data from my FIRST RIDE this afternoon into WKO+.
I'm a long time Ergomo user, but my not so trusty Ergomo died and just got an new iAero. Did my coast downs and cal ride then followed that up with a short training ride.
Downloaded the ride into ibike 3 software and then saved the CSV and imported it into WKO+. My issue is that there is no TSS that shows up in WKO+. Any ideas on WHY TSS does not show up and what I can do to tweak the WKO+ software to get it to calculate TSS?

The most recent WKO+ build 101 is now available. Update your current version and you will get power and TSS/IF numbers.

Yes, it's true. Build 101 imports all fields correctly and displays so much data you have to get rid of some of the graphs in Graph View.
However, WKO crashes if I try to do a direct download. I posted a question on the cycling peaks forum but haven't heard back. Is anyone out there downloading directly from a Gen 3 unit with the latest version of WKO?

Re: WKO+ and TSS
I have installed v2.02 build 101.
Imported today's ride. STILL no TSS/IF #s. Suggestions?

Are you just starting to use WKO or have you been using it for some time?
You need to establish at least one FTP in the Power Training Zones so the calculations can happen.

Been using WKO for a while. In fact I had an Ergomo and used it all last year.racerfern wrote:Are you just starting to use WKO or have you been using it for some time?

Did an FTP test on Tuesday with a friend's PT equipped bike. While I don't have the CSV file, I do have the basics...avg pwr, cad, HR etc.
I have changed my FTP #s in my WKO+ profile to reflect my FTP #s. I'll double check to ensure that when I installed the latest build it didn't erase my #s.
Here is what my WKO+ journal view shows for today's ride:

Re: WKO+ and TSS
Ah HA! User error strikes again!
When I "opened" the saved CSV file, WKO does not automatically assign that file to a particular athlete within WKO (of course, in my case, there is only one athlete!). However, WKO can't compute TSS/IF unless it has a rider's stats to use...right? Duh!
So all I had to do was assign this workout to an athlete (moi) and it then calculates TSS/IF etc. All good!
Thanks!
