I'm going to give the PowerPod another shot (had one last year and after several attempts to get it working right I returned it). USPS tracking shows my new one (and dual out front mount) arriving tomorrow.
I'll do an out and back calibration ride and submit a file for review with just my Edge 800 and PowerPod mounted. A couple of questions about adding the Virb.
Is there a preferred location to minimize issues with the PowerPod?
Can you point me to instructions on creating and selecting between profiles when I have the Virb and when I do not?
How precise to I need to be in putting the Virb in the same place when I add the mount and camera from time to time?
Thanks!

Re: creating/selecting a profile when a Garmin Virb is moun
1) Attach PP to your bike in a location where its wind port is not obstructed.
2) Rotate the mount so that the word "PowerPod" is reasonably parallel to the ground
3) I don't really understand why the Virb would cause you to change profiles. Just make sure you don't move PP mount
4) Follow these instructions to change your Profile setting:

Thanks for the quick reply, John. I was assuming having something else on the bike hear the PP would change things. If it doesn't that's great.
