We shipped a few Gen III CDs in January 2009 with the wrong files included.
If you did not purchase an iBike in January 2009 then you are not affected by this problem.
If you purchased an iBike Gen III in January 2009 then please check the iBike CD that was shipped with your Gen III.
The CD cover will say "iBike Generation III".
To check your CD to see if it is wrong, open it and look at its contents.
If your CD has the folder "Installing_Using iBike 2 Software" then you have a BAD CD.
If you have a bad CD then please destroy it and please notify us; we will send you a replacement CD at no charge.
