Good evening, I mounted an old Newton 5 (an old friend of mine gave it to me) on a bike, I did the Calibration tour as explained in the guides and the next day I did a training with repetitions. I have never had a power meter and I wanted to sepaere if the data is correct, to me it seemed too high / good.
I attach the output and calibration file. Thanks to anyone who reads and feels like giving me some advice.
Excuse my English.

Re: The Newton looks strong
You have a very old Newton, about 9 years old!
I used the Analyze/Check Calibration feature of Isaac to correct your ride file. Watts are much more reasonable.
Corrected profile and ride file attached.

Re: The Newton looks strong
First of all, thank you for your availability. So do I have to replace my profile with the one you corrected "Ciro"? Thank you
Re: The Newton looks strong
tnk John, I only changed the weight from 93 kg to 89 kg and I set the Device Power Smooting on Dynamic, you are free to advise me and tell me if I'm wrong, I deleted the old profiles and I put this in place of Prof # 1, by

Re: The Newton looks strong
I think I will have to do the calibration again, the power is still too high.
Do you advise me to do a hard reset first?

Re: The Newton looks strong
At the 35 minute mark, either your mount changes angle or you are riding in a really bumpy patch of road.
Make sure your mount is solidly attached and can't rotate.
Also: your Newton is 9 years old. We've improved a lot since then and it's possible your unit is past its best days.
