help with review of test setup/data for aeropod

Hi,
I think i finally got a good test ride on the aeropod this Sunday. I was in Richland, WA and tested around 3pm on 7/14

I have attached all the files i created on Sunday. I re-did the out/back calibration ride the first time b/c it didnt work for some reason (the power increased fast from 50-100).

A few questions that I need help with:
Does my calibration ride (the final one) seem correct?
The garmin FIT data includes the correct calibration ride that I used. The calibration ride was going south for about 3 minutes, then turning around. Stopping. Then heading north for about 10 more minutes. You can see this nicely in the power data.

I did a 3 tests back/forth on the bar ends of my TT bike.
Then on the way back, after the downhill, i stopped, then did a ~10 min test (6.7 mi to 9.5 mi) in the aero position and held a very steady power of about 220W, and got an avg HR of 76, so CdA of 0.304. Does this seem like good data? The data seemed very jumpy on the garmin so I couldnt tell what the average was.

Doe these results seem reasonable?
How long should i run a test to get good data? Also, should I do a out/back? Do you think the wind was too high while i was testing?

For my setup:
I was on my speed concept with disc wheel, 90 mm front wheel, regular road helmet, regular jersey/shorts. I am 5'11" and 154 lbs, the bike/setup is about 22 lbs. I selected premium wheels at 82 psi on smooth asphalt.
I also have the latest firmware installed 7.09 with serial number 12-06-18-08-06-0C-B1-00-03-00-93-03-AC-7F-20-0C
Aero pod is mounted on the basebar with a aluminum mount with double faced adhesive.

Thanks for your help- i have spent a lot of time trying to get the aeropod to work for me so I hope i am on the right path.
