Red flashing light when trying to connect to PC and MAC

Hi,

tried multiple cable, windows 7 pc and macbook, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers but no mater what when connect to PC just flashes with red light over and over.

Sometimes come us with unreconginzed device on windows but nothing on windows.

Any idea/clues/fixes?

The flashing red light means your PP battery is charging. This is normal. The light will stop flashing when your battery is fully charged.

Sorry should have been clearer. Yes it flashes red to charge but will not connect in isacc at final.

Finally got it to work but had to remove all evidence to isacc and the silocon lab drivers to get going.
