Same Profile, but different values in Powerpod and Isaac

Post by arjunmurali1993 »

Hi,

I've got the PowerPod calibrated pretty well and the values were starting to be more and more accurate and in line with my expected numbers. However, sometime last week, my knee hit the powerpod when i was sprinting and for a couple of minutes the values were very high. It then got back into the normal range. However, ever since then, there's a discrepancy in the Power numbers I see during the ride and the one I get when I run the Switch Profile after ride option in Isaac and select the same profile, So I extracted the profile from PowerPod, set it as the default one and tried again but still, there's a discrepancy. The numbers I see after downloading from PowerPod and the ones I see after running the Switch Profile after ride option and select the same profile are different. The one I get after running Switch Profile after ride seem to be more in line with what I anticipate and the raw numbers I get from the PowerPod are a bit higher.

I am attaching a ride file with the Profile Switched and without the profile switched. Also attaching the Profile file I extracted from PowerPod.

Can you please look into it and help me out?

Thanks,
Arjun

I used your original ride file, and the Check Calibration feature, to correct your wind readings.

Corrected ride file and profile are attached. Load the corrected profile and things should be OK.
