powerpod with dust and mud and its clean

hi
i start to use my powerpod also on my mtb and i noted that it keep a lot of mud and dust in the so front position. i need to be aware of something? are there any problems in the use of powerpod in these environmental?
after use, what is the best way to clean it?

PowerPod should be able to stand up to mud and dust.

If the wind port gets really dirty then you can rinse it with some water, then wipe it clean afterwards. Use a Q-Tip if you wish...

Same thing for the USB port.
