Small bug found in Newton OS 4.14

The scan menu for sensors is active, the search has not been finished yet and the user switches to Set up holding the Up button. Having done that one cannot leave the Set Up menu. Holding the Up button still navigates to Set Up. Even if the Scan process is repeated and the search has been finished, the "escape" from Set Up is not possible.

Not a big deal, but I faced this uncomfortable situation twice in the last couple of weeks. The only solution is the reset pushing the well-known 4 buttons at the same time.
