I switched from the iBike Pro to the iBike Dash. I believe with the iBike Pro when the wheels were not rolling the time of the ride stopped and began again as the wheels started rolling again.
It appears with the iDash even if the wheels are not rolling (i.e. stpped at an intersection) the ride time continues.
Is this correct?
iBike Dash v iBbike Pro--Riding Time
Re: iBike Dash v iBbike Pro--Riding Time
I do not have this problem. I have a Gen III and iBike Dash mounted on my bike and use them together constantly.
They both start and stop ride recording at the same time.
There is a bug in the iDash that can affect ride time when the iBike app is exited. This has been corrected in an update just released to iTunes for approval.

Re: iBike Dash v iBbike Pro--Riding Time
John- What defines rding time in both units? Does the iBike Pro stop the riding time when the wheels are not rolling?
In the iDash i noted many different options for time, are these defined? Are these choices for Riding Time?
What is the difference between Time, Current Time and Ride Start Time?
If I wanted both units to use the same riding time for the iBike Pro and iDashwhat options do i choose in the iDash?
Thanks so much--------JIM
