do i have to make an upgrade to use Isport with training rollers? I have a Trans-x roller.

Yes, you will need to purchase the trainer key and send your iSport to us so that the trainer key can be installed.

If i buy the upgrade kit to ipro, can i do this upgrade (for indoor training) myself or do i have to send to you?
How much do i have to pay to send it to you? $40 (international)?
