I stopped to fill up my water bottle and take a pee with 45 minutes left in a ride yesterday.
HR wouldn't pick up when I came back out and got going again.
no biggie, I just looked at the watts and kept it around 300
but it would have been nice to see a HR line for that last 30 min of work
what's the easy way to fix that without re-pairing or merging files or whatever?
HR Signal Drop When Stopping
Re: HR Signal Drop When Stopping
Doofus (your login makes me smile), are you running version 4.02 firmware? If memory serves me, there is a known bug in 4.02 that can cause the heart rate data to drop in unexpected ways. There is a quasi-formal 4.03 release posted to the forum (somewhere) that may help you. Short of that, the other thing you can do is to go into setup, go to the battery screen, hit the center button (to power down the unit) and then hit any key to power back up. When you power back up v4.02 firmware should rescan for wireless sensors and pick up your heart rate monitor. That's been my experience. I haven't upgraded to 4.03.

So the next request will be to have Velocomp to start selling catheters?
It has been pretty quiet on the Firmware front. Is there anything in the works or is it just new hardware that we "don't know about"

We will be releasing FW404 in the next few days. This FW continues to improve wireless operation (behind the scenes), reduces the voltage where the "Batt Low" file splitting occurs, and also improves iAero CdA measurements.
