Hi, I have an iBike Pro Gen 3 and I’m trying to download my bike ride to my computer and it says:
Error- 1073807339 occurred at VISA
Read in iBSerial receive response.vi->IBComm command and packetized response.vi->iBComm get redie data.vi->iBIntf dialog download ride data.vi-iBike top level-VI.vi
Possible reasons:
VISA: (Hex 0XBFFF00150 Timeout expired before operation completed
I tried to download a single ride and I can’t find it in its destination, my computer recognizes the unit but I can’t download my ride. I’m worried because it is 87% full.
What should I do? Please help.
Thanks.
Claire

I had the same error message and posted a screenshot in another discussion.
I just restarted the software and did not get the error and the upload proceeded.

Re: Can't download my ride (iBike gen3)
Hey Claire,
Try going to Device-Connect. Choose the port the iBike is in, and click accept. Then go to Device-Connect again, and click Get FW version. If it is connected properly, it should tell you your firmware version. If not, you will get that same error message. If you get the error message, try closing and reopening the iBike application.

I had the same problem today and had to remove the program and do a brand new installation. It was easy and I'm glad I had the forum for assistance.
Thanks a ton!!!
