I just noticed that if the function Switch Profile After-The-Ride is used with the same profile that was used on the activity, the average values changed even when the Aero and Friction values are the same. Is there any explanation for that? What would be more accurate?

This is a peculiarity of Isaac that I have noticed and that I cannot fully explain (sorry).
Isaac attempts to reconstruct the device calculations, based on the raw sensor data. What I think is going on is that the formulas used in Isaac are "older" than those used in the latest versions of FW.
So, unless something is obviously wrong with the profile used during the ride, I would use the values provided by the ride file.
