This is the same rider who reported wind speed problem.

To figure the problem out, he did simple out and back ridings as below:
First out and back riding: lap 1 and 2
Second out and back riding: lap 3 and 4
After that, he did wind offset and continued out and back ridings as follows;
Third out and back riding: lap 5 and 6
Fouth out and back riding: lap 7 and 8
As you can see all tail winds!

The attached profile should fix things. Have him load it into his Newton.

Actually I have the same problem with my iAero. I played a lot with finetuning my profile(s), but the phenomenon returns.
I dont know what else I could do. Sometimes (10-15% of the total time spent on the saddle) the wind calculation seems to work, but typically I get the "always tail wind" problem. Maybe I will mount iAero on a different place on the handlebar and generate totally different profiles to check whether I can get rid of the problem.
