My wife, who by self-admission is a bit careless, gave her Phone Booth an unintended test on Sunday.
She had her iPhone 4 installed the Phone Booth and was about to start a bike ride with it. However, she did not slide the Phone Booth on to the mount completely, nor fasten it to the mount with a bolt. So, the first time she touched the Phone Booth it went flying off the bike and on to the hard pavement beneath it.
I'm pleased to report that neither the iPhone nor the case was damaged. There was a small scuff mark on the case, in the bottom right corner, near the red button, where the case hit the ground hard.
This result is a big improvement over an earlier incident, where she dropped her iPhone from a few feet. The front glass shattered and we had to spend $199 to replace the iPhone.
