I have found no set of instructions/explanations for all the settings in the App. Plenty of instructions on mounting and using the PC software.
So many questions could be answered:
For instance what is the wind sensor telling me, seems like mine is just a negative number of the speed I am traveling at.
What does putting it in training mode do. Tried this on a computrainer and it started showing Watts but they were way off from what the computrainer was saying.
Finally dont know is this is a bug or not, when I switched off GPS to conserve battery life, while training indoors, the apple GPS icon was still on indicating it was still running in the background.
Thanks

Re: App Instructions?
Only the iBike Dash + Power has a wind sensor in it. It is an an app bug that allows wind speed to be selected for the CC model.
Please refer to the iBike PM instructions for an overview of the trainer mode functionality, which is the same in the iDash as it is in the iBike:

We don't support the Computrainer.
I'm not sure how you turned off GPS. In iOS 5, if Location Services are turned off, then the iBike GPS function won't work.

Re: App Instructions?
Thanks for the info on the wind sensor and trainers supported.
I turned off the GPS from within the ibike app under the advanced options tab.
