Two questions -
1. The website states " or are riding a downloaded training workout from your coach, " how do you create and then get intervals into the Dash?
2. Is there any way to adjust the power and hr ranges in dash so they match what I am using in Training Peaks?
And one more ..... after a couple of crashes my phone booth is little worse for wear - can I send it in to get fixed or do you send it in and they transfer the electronics to a new booth?

At this time it is not possible to load customized workouts into the app.
Adjust your FTP and Max HR settings in the Options/Advanced Options/Check iDash Settings screen.
