Hey velocomp, I am confused about profiles.

I understand that the gen 3 head unit has 2 profiles for two bikes but I am confused on how this works in conjunction with the SW.

I had a very bad profile in "profile 1" that essentially made me look like Alberto Contador. On the same bike I set up profile 2 and got great data. I did this because I was on my winter bike and it was destined to become "profile 2" anyways.

Now for the big question. When I am using the SW and "accept profile & send to ibike" where did the new profile get stored in the head unit? "Profile 1? Profile 2? or Both?

When sending a profile to the iBike Gen3, it goes into the profile that is currently active. So... go to setup ? Set Prof, then hit the center button. Whatever number it says at that point is the current profile.

If you want to send a profile to the other profile, then hit the up or down arrow to go to your other profile then hit the center button and exit setup.
