Scale units

Post by EdgarCR »

I download a file from my ibike and I see the correct scale units on the left side of the graphic, then I save it on my computer. But when I try to open the same file from the computer, the units change drastically. Why?

Thanks Fernando, in the upper left side the distance is incorrect, because this file is a 20' test, maybe 6 or 7 miles, the cadence is 150-350 rpm and the correct number es 80. Another thing is the HR (bpm) and the slope is something like 250% Why, thanks.

That's an ugly file. :) But can you send the original .ibr file please? Also is this for more than one ride? When did this start happening?

What didn't work? If the rides are still on the iBike you could download them again. Also look under My Documents, there normally is a folder called "iBike Rides" unless you specified something different. I'm on a PC.

Getting closer, you still need to post one of the saved ones.

Nope, try opening an explorer window to your main drive, usually "C" and search for *.ibr

So going back to the file you previously posted, I can't even open it. Last shot here, why don't you post one that does open correctly and I'll have a look at the differences.

It may not be salvageable but it's always worth a try.

Please install the latest software, iBike Isaac, available at the download section of the ibikesports.com website. Then, try downloading your ride files again.
