Mileage Reading v. Cal Reading

How do switch from cal reading to mileage reading on the bottom screen of the ibike ?

Pressing the center button switches between the two main screens. However, neither of them switch from cal to mileage at the bottom. One screen will show cal at the bottom if you don't have HR or CAD, the other screen will show mileage in the middle as it goes back and forth between mileage (distance) and current watts.
