Check to see if your power sensor is ANT or BLE. Only the ANT source gives you power.

You may need to disable the Power source and search again for a sensor - which needs to be the ANT sensor.

Alternate process could be creating a complete and bootable backup of your current system - which already has the drivers and Isaac. Just use Carbon Copy Cloner or Super Duper! (or some alternatives) to create a complete backup of your current installation operating system - Mojave or earlier - then...

You will need to make the change using the Isaac application. You will change the modify the profile that has been installed on the PP. If you intend to make a change on the PP, you need to attach the PP through the USB cable to your computer. Run Isaac, goto the Edit Menu and select Edit Profiles.....
