Re: battery charge level?
I'm sorry but you didn't answer my question. So does that mean there is not a way to check the current state of charge of the battery? I was looking for a way to check the battery to determine if I need to remove the Powerpod from my bike to charge it or if I can leave there for another day's ride. ...

battery charge level?
How do I check the charge level of the battery? I don't see that anywhere in the Isaac software. I have the BLE version so can I use an app to check it?

Re: play in Powerpod Mount
As a followup, I received the following advice from tech support and tightening the clamp with the allen screw worked as described. All's good for now. Your PP should come to a stop in the mount, unless the plastic flat tab on your pod has been rounded off. If your PP is new then it's very unlikely ...

play in Powerpod Mount
My new Powerpod has a bit of play in it. The flat on the Powerpod does not sit evenly against the flat on the handlebar mount. This allows the Powerpod a small bit of fore-aft movement even with a tight mounting bolt. I have 4 different mounts and it is the same on all of them so I assume the Powerp...

two rides in same day confuse Tracker overlay
If I have two rides on the same day (commute back and forth to work) but only use the Tracker app for the second (longer) ride. When the rides are imported into Isaac, the Tracker data gets attached to both rides and the morning ride start time incorrectly gets overwritten. I know that I can manuall...

stuck in scan mode
I initiated a scan using the up & down button combo. The scan found the sensors but continued to run. I even let the device auto-off and when I turned it back on after 20 mins it went back to the scan. I was able to enter Setup but upon exiting Setup, it returned to the scan. I could not find an...

RWS necessary?
I want to add a nav device to my bike. Do I need a RWS for the attached setup or do I just need to perform a recal?
Thanks

Re-calibration Necessary?
Is there any reason to do another calibration for this season? My weight and bike setup are they same as last spring when I last did a calibration.
Does anything in the electronics drift over time that warrants a re-calibration from season to season?
Thanks

message during Copy Profile
When I tried to copy a profile in ISAAC, I get a popup warning that saved profiles must have a unique pair of Aero & Fric values. Why is this? I thought the profile was integral to the ride file and based on the Active Profile during the recording of the ride. The warning says that the profile i...

Request for Importing Interval Sets
I would love to have the ability to import .csv Interval Sets that I create with Excel instead of using Isaac's internal .int file format.

can't edit intervals
I cannot edit intervals unless I have my Newton connected. Without the Newton plugged in, the Edit Intervals function on the menu pulldown is not enabled. Is there a workaround for this? I would like to be able to create and review my Interval workouts while my Newton is "offline". Thanks.
