Powerpod not charging: take 2

I'm reaching out here because I haven't received a response to my email to technicalsupport@velocomp.com from 10 days ago.
My powerpod stopped charging and I received a replacement in December.
The replacement unit has stopped charging.
How can I get this resolved quickly? Power was just a fun number to have when I started but I am training with a race team now and it is no longer optional

Tom is extremely punctual in responding. Make sure his responses aren't going to your spam folder.

Also, send an email to me at jhamann@velocomp.com and I will forward it to Tom.

Hey John, hope your day is going well!

I'm just checking in; I haven't received a reply to my email yet.

When I sent the first one to Tom on 01/28/17 I just replied to his last email from December, so I'm certain no typo of an email address was possible and it shows in my "sent" folder.
The second email I forwarded to your address on 02/09/17 and also shows in my sent folder.
I have been checking my spam folder daily; plenty of stuff lands there, but no messages from velocomp.

I know you typically have a very fast response because I get email notifications to all the posts on dcrainmakers' review.
