Lost my tilt

This is a new issue I believe.I have already requested tech support help.
Thought I would post it anyway.
I lost my speed reading on my last ride and assumed I must have moved the unit.
I stopped and reset my tilt. OK for a short while then I lost speed again. Re set tilt and finished the ride. Unit was not showing correct watts (I think). There was a pretty high (cross) wind

I noticed the unit was not showing slope correctly and it was also registering wind when there was none (on my desk attached to the USB)
I moved the unit and the wind changed again. When I tilted the unit up or down the wing goes from +7 to -7 or thereabouts and tilt does nothing.
I reinstalled F/W 4.02 and nothing changed
I did a reset. Sent my profile back to the unit and now the tilt is fixed at -54.2 Wind is not functioning, it is now zero.
If I send a different profile to the unit, the tilt changes but again, is fixed.
Does not matter what angle I have the bike at to do a tilt calib, I get "good tilt"
I think the unit is also showing 4 or 5 degrees higher temp than it should. I do not know if that is relevant.
Any ideas?
