My powerpod stopped flashing the charging lights, before they flashed red until the end of charge. No more.
Parallel to that, the battery life has decreased too much, it doesn't last more than a 2 hour workout.
What could be going on?

Guys,
I did what support asked me to do and nothing. A 12 second master reset.
The battery doesn't last a full 2 hours workout. And sometimes in long workouts the Powerpod comes and goes from a shutdown.
As I said before, it all started after the software upgrade. But it could have been coincidence.
The question is: Did the battery reach its useful limit or could it have to do with the firmware upgrade?

If your problems started after a firmware update, it's possible your unit was bricked during the update.
