For the second time this week it is down! Really, your server isn't functional for about 5% of the time and that's too often in my opinion.
And I know all of your explanations that I don't lose data and will be able to get it later. Well, I don't want it any more later. It's bothering me that it wants to upload data next time I start the app and that I have to wait before it's functional. I will have merged with the gps-data from my garmin since then.

We are not happy, either, with the downtime of our server. We are going to replace it; hang on...

You may not like it, but it's down and useless again.

It has already been reported.

We have purchased a new server; hopefully, it will be installed and running this week.

Sigh...we just got the new server up and operating yesterday. This took 3 weeks; there were a lot of problems migrating the old one to the new one.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. We really want to get this right but it isn't as easy.

Well I have bad news for you. Now the data uploaded perfectly but some hours later, when I was analyzing the date, Isaac seems unable to connect with the server.

We have installed a new server computer, and today our internet provider is installing fiber optic connection.

As soon as the new internet connection is made, this problem should be behind us.

I was pretty positive about the new server but just when I wanted to post a thumbs up it was down. And now it's down again!

up again; if you have a file that did not upload previously from the app, now you can upload it. Open the corresponding ride file in Isaac, then use the command below to merge your NT data into your ride file

I do thank you for the feedback.
I knew all you explained above but of course it may be useful to others. For me, as I wrote before, it's even more annoying that the next time I start the app I will have to wait, because I have merged the file by know with my Garmin file.
Off topic: could you update Isaac. Merging doesn't work with I file generated by the Edge 1030 (I bought it recently and before used an Edge 800). I have to use a workaround and download the file from Garmin Connect before I can merge it.

Server is back up.

Remember, all your rides are stored in the Tracker app. You can upload them from the "MyRides" window. After uploading them you can merge them with Isaac into your ride files with the command shown.

No it isn't. Like I wrote, useless. I did a ride on Wednesday, nothing. I did a ride on Thursday, nothing. I did a ride today, still nothing.
I'm already regretting I backed the Aeropod.

We are both right!

The server was working properly yesterday.

This morning we took the server down because something is wrong with its hardware. So you are right, too!

Please bear with us while we fix things; we are working on it right now.

As it turns out, the server computer failed.

We have replaced the computer (on a Sunday) and things are operating again.

The replacement computer is a Mac Mini (not bad, not great). If this computer proves to be insufficient, we will replace it.

Remember: you can upload all your "missing" GPS data from Tracker, and merge them into your ride files.

We are really sorry about the inconvenience.
