On February 17th I sent a defective powerpod to the suport center. On February 19th I sent an email with attached the purchase invoice (which I forgot to include in the package).
On March 3 I sent another email requesting confirmation about the receipt of the package and the invoice (which I attached again).
As I do not receive any response to these emails or to others that I sent to the technical support before sending the package, I ask from here to be informed of the status of this case.
The emails were sent to:

And
Jhamann@velocomp.com
