Calibration issue with AeroPod+ V5

Device: AeroPod+ V5
FW Version: 9.01
Issue: Calibration Ride
1) Flashing yellow stay after a 10-minute waiting time. It never turns flashing red/green.
2) After several device reset and retry, flashing yellow turn flashing red/green. On "out" portion of O&B calibration, power reading on Garmin overshoot 50W without showing Solid Red LED at 50W. The LED keeps flashing yellow color when I stop or keeping ride.
What can go wrong?
