AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

What is the recommended speed and power to hold for the calibration ride ??? Will the calibration be more accurate holding steady power and speed around 30kmh or does it not matter ?? Thanks

30km/h is a good speed. You'll get a more accurate wind calibration at higher speeds. You don't need to hold a steady speed, but don't use your brakes and don't do sprints.
