Automatic Profile Selection bug

Post by Velocomp »

Users with FW 7.0+ in their AeroPods: we have discovered a bug that keeps Automatic Profile Selection from functioning properly--your device won't switch automatically when you move from bike to bike.

The workaround is to use Isaac to switch profiles manually.

We will fix this bug as soon as possible.

OK, we have fixed this problem in FW 7.08. Hopefully FW 7.08 will be on the Isaac/Windows server soon.

If your need is more immediate, or if you are using Isaac/Mac, please email technicalsupport@velocomp.com for firmware 7.08.

Firmware 7.09 has been released, which fixes the Automatic Profile Selection problem, and another minor bug. Read about it here:

I am still on 7.06 (which Isaac 4.1.1 says is current on Mac).

How can I stay up to date?

As our update notes, if you are using Isaac Mac, please send an email to us with your SN, and we will send 7.09 for installation on Mac.
