AeroPod battery capacity

Post by ted.kelly »

I think I read that the AeroPod can store about 26 hours of ride data.
Starting from a full charge how many hours of data recording will the battery give?
I think I read that after about 20 min of zero bike velocity AeroPod will close a ride file and go to "sleep".
I think I read that it takes more than 2 months for an AeroPod in sleep mode to run down its battery. Is that correct? Is that starting with a full charge?
Does turning AeroPod "off" (push button 5 times) reduce the battery drain more than leaving it "sleeping"?

1) Yes

2) We've never tested this, but it should be about 26 hours. Note that this assumes constant riding.

3) Yes

4) Yes, yes.

5) No; they are the same thing.
