Isaac 5 for Windows--AeroPod FW now downloadable

AeroPod owners with Windows computers: you can now access FW 7.06 directly from "Isaac for Windows version 5+". Go to "Device/Check Online for FW Update". Make sure to read the release notes in "Help/Help Documents/Firmware Release Notes".
Mac users: we have not yet released Isaac 5 for Mac. If you have an AeroPod and want 7.06, email

I've tried three times to install the new Isaac 5 with admin privileges, and I keep getting this message. I even rebooted my computer and stopped all other apps. What's up with this?

Just to let you know your instructions on how to manually update the firmware using the Mac software worked perfectly.
I’m guessing the PC software has a similar interface & they could do the same if they are having problems?

He has not responded. I will try to speak with him this evening.
We have not had this problem with any other Isaac Windows installs.

Problem solved: uninstalled then reinstalled everything.
