AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Is there a threshold regarding temperature for when it would be possible to use the aeropod and do testing?

In the instructions it only says that they need to be reasonable stable. The roads are clear of snow and ice here in Sweden now, but temp still around only 2ºC-10ºC

We had people testing with AeroPod all winter, at temperatures comparable to yours, with solid results. Go for it!
