I have a problem running Isaac 4.1.1 on a Windows 10 machine (version 1809): although the installation did not show any issue, when I start the application it appears to be stuck on an intermediate menu (see the attached image).
I have been in contact with the technical support (very fast reaction and helpful btw) and they suggested that it is most likely due to NI Visa not being installed correctly. I tried to re-install several time (also disabling AV and Firewall), I can see that NI Visa is installed... however no luck.
I then checked on National Instrument site and could see a message saying that NI Visa 5.0 is not supported on Windows 10! Is Isaac 4.1.1 supported on the latest version of Windows 10?

Re: Isaac 4.1.1 on Windows 10
We have had zero problems from other users installing Isaac 4.1.1 on Win 10 machines.
I worry that your AV/Firewall settings have fouled the installation of NI Visa drivers.

Re: Isaac 4.1.1 on Windows 10
Thanks John, I did some more testing and made sure to disable the AV and the Firewalls (Windows Defender) but did not succeed.
However I managed to install Isaac on another Win10 machine, it worked flawlessly and did not even have to disable the AV or Firewall.
The only noticeable difference was Win10 Pro (AMD) vs Win10 Home (Intel).
Weird but anyway I now have a working installation and I can proceed

Re: Isaac 4.1.1 on Windows 10
Maybe I missed it but ... which Win 10 machine worked for you?
I'm running Win 10 Pro on Intel and I don't remember having to install the drivers when I set up this laptop but that was a couple of years ago so I'm not sure. At any rate no problems running Isaac, just using it.
I wonder if Isaac is particular about which flavor of Win 10 is in use?

Hi, The Intel machine worked fine, the AMD is where i have an issue ... but there are actually both Win10 Pro.
Note that I have quite a lot of other software installed on the AMD machine (Garmin,Tacx, Zwift, etc)... perhaps some incompatibilities there ?
