AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Thought this might be interesting for folks to see, this is post race analysis for a rider using Aeropod today. The extractable CdA data is consistent with Chung calculations for this rider, coming out at 0.24 for the ride average (excluding the Rab 1-2-1 section, which is dreadfully surfaced bypass. The CdA goes up there due to that surface change (it is night and day, loose chipping from smooth tarmac). Also we can see how stable he is on the bike and how smooth his pedal stroke is, something we've worked on with positioning. Not a bad tool for analysing races (noting he tired on the last section which has a slight positive incline and didn't maintain his aero position as well).
