I somehow managed to get my aeropod to unpair with my speed sensor. I noticed it the other day when I was no longer seeing power displayed on my Wahoo Bolt. I double checked and sure enough there are no ride files on the device since that happened.
Is there any easy way to re-pair? Or am I going to have to re-pair and do a calibration ride again?
Thanks!
Any way to re-pair with speed sensor?

If you have an older ride file, made post-calibration, you can extract the profile from that file, then send it to AeroPod. That will transfer back the speed sensor IDs.
The other option is to do a new sensor pairing, followed by a calibration ride.

So, when I look at the profile from one of my ride files, it shows an HR id not a speed id?

You'll need to do a new sensor pairing and cal ride. I recommend that you NOT pair AP to your HR strap; this will allow CdA data to be presented in the HR channel of your ride file.

so none of my rides have the the sensor ID?
I *think* I might be able to get the ID from the Wahoo Connect app (I think it shows the IDs of the devices that are paired with it). Am I able to enter that manually?

Please do a sensor pairing. There are oddities in manual entry of IDs.
Are you using a DFPM? There is no ID for that, either.

No DFPM. OK, I'll try to head out early for my ride today and see if I can get in a calibration ride.
