PowerPod V3 problem windsensor

Post by PaulK32 »

Good Afternoon John,

Can you help me with your analyse and advice ?

I have the situation that I am not able to make a file on the PowerPod with a O&B ride. It always go to 50 and 100 but then shows 4 seconds "thrue values" and goes in O&B mode again. I tried a lot and I could not get it work. I used it by pusing via Isaac a profile in the PowerPod, knowing that it uses 90 seconds to "fine tune".

An extra problem came after 01-04-2023. My PowerPod V3 with Pitot Tube gives no wind-data (again). I send it in Q4 2022 and now I have the problem again. Can you give a look on the attached files.

01-04-2023 MTB ride. Isaac shows after 25 minutes a change in the wind values. As if there is only rear wind. Power-values came on the Garmin as "normal".

02-04-2023 MTB ride. No wind-values; also 0.0 shown on the Garmin (Aeropod app).

Today (15-04-2023) I did several attempts to get a result (profile) from O&B rides. No result, and also no wind-values.

I also used a PPV3 from a bike-friend. It workes for a O&B ride and profile wind-values included.

Hope you can help.

With kind Regards
Paul

Please post the 01-04-2023 file. You posted the 02-04 file twice.

Sorry, I tried to attach 4 files. That did not work on my PC. So here is the 01-04-2023 file.
With kind Regards,
