Calibration & wind graph

Hello John,
please check the calibration of my ppv3 on these files ... the pp had a problem at home (it didn't turn on); I reset it after plugging it into the pc and everything went fine. The first ride is divided into two parts (the two files dated February, I forgot to update the PP clock after resetting it): ascent (time 9.19) and descent (time 12.19), after a stop at the refuge. The calibration seems to be corrected with respect to the average bike and wind speeds, especially in the second file, even if the overall average powers seem credible after all. Yesterday's ride file (correct date) shows a rather strange wind-speed graph, but I have to say it rained hard all the time. The bike is always the same mtb. Finally, I would like to ask you up to what value of difference between average bike speed and average wind speed can the PP be considered well calibrated, if it is correct to make this comparison.
Thank you.

Your first ride looks OK, though your wind sensor calibration might be a bit low. I would do a new cal ride soon.

Your rain ride definitely showed a blocked wind sensor, starting around mile 5.

Hello John,
Sunday I tried, as you suggested, to do the complete calibration procedure with the mtb, but the pp stopped at 50 watts and didn't go any further, so I turned everything off. After resetting, in the afternoon I tried to do a short ride o & b to check the calibration of the mtb profile, but the wind door still seems locked (attached) ... even if you look at today's file (ride done with the bike from the street) the wind door still seems to be blocked ... What can I do? Thank you

It looks like your wind sensor may have a problem. Please email technicalsupport@velocomp.com for next steps.
