AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I’ve noticed that my Powerpod is very finicky when it comes to connecting to USB. Is there a reason why some USB connect and others don’t?
Also when charging, it seems unless I connect to Isaac on my computer, it won’t charge. A few times I’ve tried charging the PP using USB to a standard charger, but no matter how long I charge it, the PP dies. I checked the battery level using my Garmin which says it’s low.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Hmm...any charger should work.

I would check your USB cable; if you can charge using it on your computer, and also download files into Isaac, then the cable should work just fine on other chargers.
