V3 Firmware v9

Hello,
So I created the VM on my Macbook so I could connect to the PowerPod. I upgraded the firmware and did a reset. I knew I should do a new calibration ride (new heart rate sensor, new wheels, removing the magnet speed sensor and my weight).

So I did a calibration ride. I didn't know that I had to change the set-up to save the file for that ride. In the end, I continued to ride.

Attached is the file from today's ride:

I think that they match well enough given the changes to my bike and me. But I would be happy for you to look at the files to see if you agree.

This week I will tackle the long hill where I have to go slow, which is one of the changes in the firmware, that I no longer need the double magnet sensor.

Everything looks fine in your 8/1 file. Let us know how the hill climb goes!

So have just climbed the hill. I have power numbers all of the way up - of course none on the downs. I will download the ride later.

The Garmin average Power the options are with or without 0.
Which is a the best choice?

Here is the ride file. It all looks good even on the slow climb.

Ride file looks fine.

For power averaging I use "with 0". This more clearly reflects the energy your body expended during the ride.
