Just wanted to check if Tech support are getting my emails? I have sent 3 emails recently asking for a response and haven't heard anything back.

Hmm...check your spam folder. Tom responds normally within a few hours of any email. Also try

Can anyone confirm that you received my device. I returned it after the emails and looking at the tracking the device seems to be heading back to me. Im worried that it never made it to you

I am 100% positive that your emails have been replied to. If you’re not receiving them then something else is wrong, and until we can communicate with you by email we really can’t answer your question. please resend your email to
