wasted power

Hello,

I am now riding with the powerpod on 2 bikes and (according to me) there is a difference in wasted wats.
Can you have a look if everything is ok? If possible can you give me some tips to improve?

Your routes are different; the 64km ride had more hills.

Here is the PS for the flats portion of your 45km ride:

Wasted watts are the same.

Both PS show a slight deviation from ideal. You might want to try pulling up a bit on one pedal as you push down with the other. This will lower your wasted watts a bit, and give you more pedaling economy.

Here is a PS from a ride I did yesterday. You can see that it closely follows the green line...
