HR data Isaac vs Garmin Connect

Today I did a 20 min FTP test. The Isaac file shows 92 BPM throughout the ride. The Garmin unit continously showed values in the 150s - as does the Garmin file. Both files are attached. What could be the reason for this? The different power output is due to the wrong profile being used during the ride which was corrected in Isaac once back home.
