AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

When unmounting the PP from the handlebars (to charge it) an remounting it I get the impression that the watts shown are ultra sensitive to the angle at which the PP is mounted. I followed your guidance to always get the same position, but due to the not so very rigid plastic parts I cannot get the exact same angle every time (I guess +/- half a degree variation).

Am I correct to assume that without O&B calibration PP cannot recalibrate itself during the ride? Or could it do that with gyro sensors? And how much would 0,5 degree affect the power output? More than 5%?

If the angle is changed, PP will automatically recalibrate itself during the first 90 seconds of the next ride.
