PowerPod calibration

Post by Hmgod »

I tried 2 calibration rides, which took only about 3min the hole calibration ride, eve tho I had "best precision" setting, and I cant get normal values.
It seems like most of the time the power values are just registering 0 and sometimes "it turns on" and give some normal values, other times just really high values. The ride after the calibration ride was done with a regular pace, head wind for the first 12km and the rest with a tail wind. Unfortunately I forgot at the begining of the ride that I had my GPS tracker offline (working with speed sensor) so the ISAAC file does not have the hole ride. The garmin file contains everything.

I only have a speed sensor so the calibration ride is done without a candence sensor.

Thank you for your time,
Miguel

Something is wrong. Your slope varies wildly over the course of the ride.

Please post photos showing your your unit is mounted to the bike; front, side, and top views.

I have the "front mount" setup". Last time I used it, it was already 3 year ago and was perfectly fine.

I have the "PowerPod" letters parallel to the floor

Hmm...set up is good.

Please hard-reset your device, then do another short ride (cal ride is not required).
