Hi Guys,
I posted a week or so back about my powerpod v3 starting to flash red/green after 5 minutes> I was told it was the position of the powerpod and that the angle needed to be adjusted.
I made the changes- re-connected the cadence and speed sensors- did a calibration ride and all seemed good.
Until I tried to start a normal ride.. The unit will simply not go to solid green status- very frustrating..
If it can do a cal ride I'm assuming the angle is OK. Attached is the latest Cal ride file
Please help with a step by step guide on what to do

I'm sorry you have had difficulties.
Please press-hold the button for 12 seconds. It will start flashing after 4 seconds; continue to hold it, until the light goes out temporarily, then starts flashing again. Release the button. This does a hard reset of the device.
Try another cal ride after the hard reset; hopefully this will fix things.
If you still have problems email technicalsupport@velocomp.com for next steps.
